2009 Volvo XC90 Interior
August 28, 2009 9:57 pm 151As is the case with most offerings from Volvo, the interior of the Volvo XC90 is refined and comfortable. The materials are a nice blend of quality and functionality, though some hard plastic surfaces do exist. All gauges and controls are located in logical areas and are easy to read. However, the exception is the audio controls, which can be difficult to locate or reach, even with the available navigation system.Head and legroom in the front seats are more than ample, and the seating is soft and comfortable. Tall drivers can easily fit behind the steering wheel, while any size passenger will find the front a pleasant place to ride. Views from the rear of the vehicle are not hindered by headrests or by thick roof pillars. Seating in the rear is fine for two full-grown adults, though seating more than two passengers in the rear is difficult. Three children may be able to squeeze in the back.
