Sometimes you just have to workout

Is your waistline exploding the older you get?  Well, mine sure is pushed to the maximum load.  What am I to do about this shift in my well being?  I should find some fat loss workouts before this gets out of hand.  I am a pretty busy person, so it comes as a surprise that I have let this go.  The fat is so unhealthy.  I think I will stop eating out for breakfast on the go.  I also should reduce the sugar in my coffe to 1 tsp. per cup rather than 2 tsp. per cup.  This might help in the long run.
