Simply put one pound of ground coffee (normal to coarse grind) in the plastic brewing container and add 9 cups of cold water.Step 2. Let the mixture steep overnight (8-12 hours) and then drain the concentrate through the filter into the glass carafe. Don’t mixed.Step 3. Keep the concentrate in the refrigerator. Add one part concentrate to three parts water and heat for a hot cup of coffee, or serve over ice for a delicious iced coffee.Take note my friend, the amount of the ground coffee vary same as the water. Pay attention to it because this depends of on how it will be intense with the taste and it’s total volume.
