Trying to Decide if I Should Replace or Reface Kitchen Cabinets
March 26, 2009 5:25 am 154I have a rental property that I am working on cleaning up to re-rent soon. I have done some repairs, painting and replaced the carpets. I am now trying to decide what to do with the kitchen. It is a good sized kitchen which is a great selling point, however it looks a bit worn and dated. I am trying to decide if I should replace or reface kitchen cabinets. I am thinking about calling in a contractor to take a look at the cabinets and tell me if they are still in good enough condition that it would be worth it to just reface them because it is definitely more affordable.
