Best Runners Diet For Healthy Life

Hey YuriI have been doing the treadmill trainer vol 3 for just over three weeks, doing best runners diet three times a week. I have been finding out that my max speed is not as low as I thought and that working out for just over 45 mins doesn’t have to be a repetetive bore on the treadmill. I am aiming for the half marathon in Vegas in December and have started treadmill trainer 4. I am by no means a petite build and it takes me just over an hour to do 10 km but I am very fit and these workouts make me feel really fit, strong and great about me and my fitness level. I love having a next level challenge waiting for. Thanks
