Kindle DX Will Ship Starting June 10
July 3, 2009 5:58 am 158Following the announcement of the kindle DX in May, Amazon have now confirmed that it will commence shipping on June 10. The DX features a bigger E Ink display (9.7″) than the kindle 2 which was launched in February. The DX retails at $489 and has been available for pre-order since May. It’s not currently known what stock levels are - Amazon is playing its cards close to its chest - but delivery will be on a first come first served basis so customers who have already pre-ordered the latest addition to the kindle ebook reader family will be first in line.
