For fans it means putting up with Justin York, bro of rhythm guitar strummer Taylor York, for the band’s imminent tour dates.
I’ve heard this bloke doesn’t even know the tracks yet or anything and has only been learning guitar for a few weeks. Just fooling, I am sure he is great. Writing on the band’s official internet site, Farro announced : “As a small number of you already know, I’m engaged! So, as bizarre as it is to remain behind, I want to take a little time off to arrange the marriage and everything. Due to that I won’t be joining the blokes on the Pacific Edge tour coming up. I feel truly sanctified to be in a position to take this time off, particularly in the midst of this record cycle. The band has been very supportive and gracious to me about all this which has made it a lot less complicated. Justin York, Taylor’s bro, will be filling in for me as a favour. He is a grand dude, you all will adore him”. He will miss the tour that will see the band promoting The Only Exception
He added, a touch contradictorily : “Trust me, I know it’s unusual having somebody ‘fill in’ for me. I detest it any more than you men do, but this is the most vital thing in the world to me and I trust you all will understand. The Lord has sanctified me with the most fantastic lady and for that I’m eternally thankful. I cannot tell you blokes how excited I’m to get married! The concept of it blows my mind each day!I will be back soon! Don’t worry!”.
