Reaching the Dream

It seems to happen nearly every year. One day dedicated to employee screening. It is a day necessary so that all of our employees stay honest and out of any sort of trouble. However, I felt this was the year. This would be the year that every employ would be found to never have done any drugs, any alcohol, and have never committed a single crime. This was my goal. This was my dream: to be the boss with a perfect staff. After, a full day worth of screening it became eminent that I would fulfill my dream and have a perfect staff for the full year ahead.
