A theological education center must build up the qualities needed for church leaders as defined in 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1 and the faculty should pass along to students through object lesson and teaching. The Seminary you select must be devoted to preparing its pupils for this vocation through offering an environment of divine instruction that results in personalized divine formation. Likewise key is the developing of men and women to be individual learners who read and think. A seminary must endeavor to develop men and women who are both realistic and yielding, with the power to transform classroom knowledge into people-related ministries.
