Car rental chaos

Have you ever seen 37 people all trying to make a pick up at a car rental place at the same time? It is chaotic! I do not know how I managed to walk in the door at the busiest time of day ever possible, but I did. It was absolute madness and I felt very sorry for the poor staff behind the counter who were doing their best to process everyone thru as quick as possible. Not only was it crazy in the office but the lot outside was like a freeway, there were cars everywhere, and what’s worse there were people everywhere too!
