Advertising My Clothing Consignment Shop

I am currently looking for a company that will handle all of my printing and mailing services. I have been designing a bi-monthly that will be mailed to my customers. I own a small clothing consignment business. It does run with a large advertising budget, so it also needs to be done at a reasonable price. I think that by letting my customer know about sales and new products I will bring them in more often. I would print them myself but with the long hours I keep at the store I am afraid they will never get out. I feel the best option is a third party to do this for me.
