Once upon a time I remember that I was offered great rates when I first received my drivers licence. It was because I was a great student and as long as I kept up my grades then I would have a discount on my insurance rates. Now that my daughter is about to be of the age where I know she will start asking for a car I want to do my own homework ahead of time. Do insurance companies still offer that kind of promotion to get me to insure my daughter through them as she is a good student as well.
