My brother Mike called me from our parents house on Sunday. He said that our folks had a lot of extra food left over from our father’s company picnic and that I should come over with my wife and kids and enjoy some good food. This sounded like a good plan so I got my my family together and we drove down to my parents house. On the way there my wife reminded me about the information I had learned through the lose beer gut weight loss system. She didn’t want me to start gaining weight back like I have in the past.

I really like Martial Arts because it enhances many aspects of my life. And to find out that there is now mma in Sutherland shire is even better. Since starting training in my backyard i have been incredibly motivated to get in shape and have been training well. To know now that there is a new facility opened up is great news for me and my training. For the first time i will be able to get proper training in grappling, kickboxing, boxing and Judo. I have no doubt my fitness, strength and conditioning, flexibility and self defence skills will rapidly increase.

Hey YuriI have been doing the treadmill trainer vol 3 for just over three weeks, doing best runners diet three times a week. I have been finding out that my max speed is not as low as I thought and that working out for just over 45 mins doesn’t have to be a repetetive bore on the treadmill. I am aiming for the half marathon in Vegas in December and have started treadmill trainer 4. I am by no means a petite build and it takes me just over an hour to do 10 km but I am very fit and these workouts make me feel really fit, strong and great about me and my fitness level. I love having a next level challenge waiting for. Thanks

I went to visit my aunty three weeks ago. Where she lives is really cold and miserable, it must rain every single day, or at least it seems like it does. I was there to visit her and together we went to bjj clubs melbourne which is about twenty minutes from her house. It was an interesting journey because her car broke down three times along the way. It is a really old car so I wasn’t surprised. I offered to buy her a new car but she wasn’t interested. At the gym we did some boxing training and I was surprised how skilled my aunty was at boxing and wrestling.

There are many things that I could have gotten to give to my husband for his birthday. Because of this, I had quite a time deciding on a gift, however, once I spoke to his brother who told me that my husband had been telling him about some Galvin Green waterproof golf gear that he had seen in a magazine I knew that I had found my gift. I had his brother get me some more details about the clothing and then I purchased everything that he told me to get. My husband had no idea that I was pumping his brother for information and was genuinely surprised and excited by the gifts that I had gotten him.

We have some friends that live in the US. We haven’t seen them for quite some time, so invited them to come out to see one of the local football games. Unfortunately, we do not have room in our home to have them stay, but we suggested that they look into hotels near stadium mk so that we could meet up with them at the game and then afterwards we would bring them back to our place. They happily took our offer and came out last weekend. We had a great time re-connecting with each other and they all seemed to really enjoy the game.
