When my friends decided to take a trip to get in touch with nature, I was a bit hesitant. Memories of rainy days in soggy tents when my family went into the wild were amusing but not something I wanted to repeat. My friends told me not to worry. Glamping in the wilderness would be much different than tenting, they reassured me. Well, after three days in a luxury cabin, I must agree. From now on, I will be glamping with the best of them.

We decided to go to Nicaragua and get married on the beach. The package for an accommodation boutique included everything to make this special time for us just perfect. My boyfriend and I were dating for 10 years. It has been a roller coaster ride for us. He never mentioned about marriage. I knew that I am ready for it and was so excited to walk down the aisle. I was patiently waiting for him to propose but he never did. Ten years has passed and it was few months ago when he finally asked me to marry him. I was dumbfounded! Aside from the diamond ring he gave as an engagement ring, he asked me to sail with him around the world. The Cruises from New York to Ireland was incredible! It was the best vacation ever. Having a quiet dinner together or relaxing by the pool and do nothing at all. Happy to be with the man I’ve always wanted to spend the rest of my life with.

Few months ago, my boyfriend cheated on me. I caught him dating another woman. Now that the anger has faded and I’ve stopped kicking myself, maybe I can focus on the lesson. Sometimes we have to pay a high price to relearn well-known lessons. I decided to go on a cruise with my sister. The Royal Caribbean from Perth was fabulous! The lounge was quite possibly the best place onboard to enjoy a cocktail and watch the sun set. We danced the night away in the nightclub which was the best place to meet new friends. We had a premium dining experienced in the most exclusive and sophisticated restaurant on board.

My cousins and I thought of organizing a family reunion. We decided to have it on a cruise for a change of venue. Some people thought it is expensive but it would be a ripped off if you book early. That’s exactly what we did. We booked months before we sailed. Taking the Cruises from Palma de Mallorca in December was the best family reunion we ever had. The balcony takes in the beautiful view. It’s a great way to get close to every destination and make the most of our vacation at sea. There are unique, creative, educational and totally fun programs which we all enjoyed.
