Most of the organizations are opting for name badges because of the benefits that they carry along with them. Employees can now easily relate with each other because they can be able to know the name of the person they are talking to saving them the embarrassment of not knowing how to call their colleagues.
The other benefit has to do with the company gaining a good name from others because their employees look more presentable and this shows how the company is respectable. The name tags are also able to make people from outside know who to go to for help since they usually include the department that one is involved with.
