I canceled the credit cards

When my wife and I got divorced the first thing I did was cancel her credit cards. I did not want to pay the bill for the frivolous things that she was buying. After I canceled the credit cards she called me ranting and raving. She said that she had never been so embarrassed as when they told her that her card was declined. I got a little kick out of it and told her that it was too bad. I was not going to reinstate the cards.
