Starting a Steakhouse

My sister and her fiance are starting their own steakhouse, and as you can imagine are hard at work getting things ready for their opening night. Their offer on the building has just been accepted by the seller, and they have been all over the Internet finding the best deals on the equipment they need for the kitchen. They just picked up the commercial range, and are meeting with their banker in the next week to sign the papers to make it all official.
