December 16, 2010 11:01 am Health and Fitnessit is always a good idea to try to stay motivated and to keep it for yourself in a positive state of mind. that will keep you coming back much more than getting yourself down and giving up. because that is what will happen to you if you are trying to get through a tough workout program. that is the kind of exercise program that i thrive on really. that is the best. if you want to become more healthy than you are going to have to be sure that you are ready and you are really trying to make these lifts.
