Efficient Abs Exercises

I have read so many ways on how to get rock hard abs but I must say that no matter how many of them I have seen, I still don’t think they would ever come close to the one I have read lately. I saw it online and it is in a  website that lets people attain the kind of body they want by simply doing exercises only three times a week (or maximum of four)  and only doing them for less than an hour each time. Unbelievable? Believe it. Those who have tried it already gave wonderful comments on it. They were greatly satisfied!
