Fast Fat Loss – One Of My New Year’s Resolution

This would be a part of my New Year’s resolution as part of my Fast Fat Loss exercise program. I’ve played it once when a friend of mine invited me to come over to their house. This was the time she introduced me to Wii. I thought it is just the same as other consoles I have tried like PS2. But hey, this one is really different. I love the idea of physical exhaustion which feels like playing the actual game but in a virtual way.
