Fat Burning Furnace: The Circuit Training

The moment I downloaded the Fat Burning Furnace e-book, I practiced the Circuit Training. It is designed to help us lose calories while developing our muscles.

I only need 15-25 minutes for each routine. It should be repeated three times a day so I don’t really need much time. I can still attend to other important things. Plus, there are pictures to guide me.

The training involves several kinds of exercises with short rest periods in between. This is to train our endurance and strength.

If we keep on doing the routines, we will be able to improve our heart’s power.
