When people ask me how I was able to lose thirty pounds and have a fit body right now, I tell them honestly that my secret is the Asian diet.  I’m always willing to share the benefits of eating daily only Healthy Asian Recipes cooked at home.

I discovered the Asian diet through a great blog that I found online.  I didn’t know that the Asian diet is very good to the body, until I read the said blog.  I used to love Western foods before – pizzas, burgers, and fries.  It’s the reason why I gained so much weight.  Now I know how unhealthy those foods are, which is why I stayed away from them after discovering the Asian diet.
