I Love This Diet Plan!!

I found out via every other day diet review that it is possible to lose 20 pounds in 21 days. That got me excited and I bought the program soon after I read about it. I’m on my first week and so far, I feel light and I actually enjoy being on a diet! Unlike other programs I have tried, EODD is flexible when it comes to the types of foods I can have on alternate days. This means I can eat anything I want without feeling guilty! On other days, I have to feed myself of foods with high protein to keep my diet in balance. EODD calls this the caloric cycle where it tricks my metabolism to burn the calories faster. As long as I get my results within 3 – 4 weeks, I’m happy to stick with this diet plan!
