what’s the fastest way to lose weight? If you want to be lean and mean, be mean with your methods in losing weight. My mean method was taking photos of myself during my overweight years and posting them in places where I can easily see them. The photos fueled my determination of losing weight. I began to change my daily routines and habits to fulfill my goal of losing weight. I exercised, changed my high-fat diet to high-fiber diet. Then I took photos of myself as the weeks wore on to see the changes. The changes encouraged me to push on and to sustain my weight-loss program.
