We Had to Wash Before the Concrete Sealer Went On

My brother needed some help a few months ago putting a concrete sealer on his driveway. I think he was just going to apply the sealer without washing the concrete first. I told him that would be a big mistake and that he should wash it first. He was a little mad but then he asked someone else and they said he should wash it first. So after washing the concrete we let it dry for a couple of days and then we put a good concrete sealer on it so it would be protected from the rain and sun and will now last a long time.
