My Neighbors Had No Choice but to Sell House and Rent it Back

My next door neighbor and her husband bought their house several years ago. They ran into some hard times recently and had to sell house and rent it back. They had both lost substantial income from salary cuts that were implemented at their jobs. We were glad they had found a solution to their financial woes. We love having them as our neighbors and would hate for them to have to move. Our children are the same ages and we also carpool. They have been talking about finding other employment so they can get their financial stability back. It has been hard for them to do anything since they lost part of their income.
