There are several ways to obtain a high school diploma online. The first is to complete high school. If you obtain enough credits by taking and passing courses, you obtain a high school diploma upon graduation. This is not however the only way that you can obtain a high school diploma.

There are schools that allow you to obtain a high school diploma after you have left high school. These schools generally look at the courses you have completed and then have you take classes, which make up the missing credits allowing you to obtain a high school diploma.
