The fact that we are now using more and more temporary employees to fill in during the most busy times has meant that we have a constant and ongoing need to be giving training to people so that they can be kept up with all of our required knowledge for each job position. We have used some operator training on disk that allows us to show it again and again and to have people get a refresher look at the class if they feel it will be of help to them to see it again. Having here on site is the best plan for us.
