A Memorable Second Anniversary Gift

Six days before our second anniversary our twins boys were born. They were healthy and after five days in the hospital we were able to go home. I had no idea if my husband had anything planned for our anniversary. I couldn’t imagine how he would have had an opportunity to shop for anniversary gifts since he was with me in the hospital. Thankfully my mom was able to watch the twins for a few hours and we were able to go out to dinner for a few hours. I was so tired but I will always remember our second anniversary as one of my favorites.
